ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids vs Simonson's Salon & Spa: An Honest Coon Rapids Comparison

ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids carries a 4.9-star Google rating from 183 reviews. Simonson's Salon & Spa, serving the same Coon Rapids market, carries 4.3 stars from 346. Both figures are Google's own, checked in October 2026, and they are the clearest measurable difference between the two.

What the two have in common

Both are massage studios serving Coon Rapids, both appear in Google's local results for the category, and both have enough reviews behind them that neither rating is guesswork. Either will do the core service you are booking. If you live between the two, distance is not the deciding factor.

Where they differ

The rating gap comes first. 4.9 against 4.3 is a 0.6-star difference, and it is built on 183 reviews versus 346. The second difference is how much each is willing to put in public. ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids publishes 15 services with a price on every one. Simonson's Salon & Spa publishes no menu we could find, which is less a criticism than a fact about what you can know before you walk in.

Side by side

"Not stated" below means exactly that: the claim is not made anywhere a customer could hold them to it. It is not an accusation, and it may simply mean the information lives on a wall inside the business.

Where Simonson's Salon & Spa still shines

346 reviews is a real customer base, not a thin listing, and a massage studio does not reach that number without regulars who keep coming back. A 4.3 average also hides a distribution: plenty of those reviews are five stars. If you already have someone there who knows your preferences, nothing above is a reason to switch. Nothing here is a criticism of the business.

The question underneath this comparison

Most people comparing two Coon Rapids massage studios are not asking which is better in the abstract. They are asking something narrower: will this appointment be worth the money and the hour, and will I know the price before I am in the chair?

On the first half, Simonson's Salon & Spa has the larger sample at 346 reviews, so its average is the more settled of the two. ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids's 4.9 rests on 183 reviews, which is a smaller but still substantial base. On the second half, only one of them answers in public. A published price is a commitment. An unpublished one is not necessarily higher, but it is an unknown, and on a first visit an unknown is a cost of its own.

Where ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids does not lead

ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids is not the highest-rated massage studio in Coon Rapids. Fiona's Day Spa sits ahead on average score with 5 stars from 187 reviews. The case for ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids is not that nothing beats it. It is that it leads Simonson's Salon & Spa on the measures above and publishes what it charges, which most of the local field does not.

How to choose

If you want the most evidence before booking, ElysiuMassage - Coon Rapids gives you more to go on: a higher rating, a published price for all 15 services, and online booking. If you already have a trusted regular at Simonson's Salon & Spa, stay. If you are choosing cold and price matters, only one of them will tell you the price before you arrive.
